Xeikon has announced that Creative Labels of Vermont, a Winooski, VT-based label printing company, has purchased a Xeikon ThermoFlexX 30 digital imager. The ThermoFlexX 30 is a reliable, high-quality system for flexographic platemaking to serve a wide and growing group of customers.

The Xeikon ThermoFlexX product line of imagers allows users to consistently produce high-quality digital flexographic and letterpress plates at resolutions of 2540 or 5080 dpi. With this resolution, the product is technology-ready to raise the quality level of output to the newest industry standards.

ThermoFlexX advantages include ergonomic plate mounting and a hybrid drum that holds plates in place by vacuum or magnetics. An advanced clamping design enables plates to be mounted directly on to the drum while vacuum sliders offer the flexibility to use plates of any width.
